Hook & Hastings,
Opus 1573, 1893

Detached, reversed console on an 18" Platform. The organ was tonally revised in 1964 by Andover Organ Company. The organ needs a complete mechanical rebuilding, although reservoir has been releathered . Console could be turned around. Organ should be retabled and stops could be added on Swell, and Pedal. 4' Clarion is the old Cornopean and could be put back with new bass.

The organ is owned by Sacred Heart/St. Dominic Parish, Portland Maine. The asking price is $50,000.00. The organ is presently in storage in Portland.

Rebuilding cost would be $250,000.00 + any changes or additions, not including purchase
